Information we collect

How we use information

SMS messaging

We send SMS messages only to phone numbers that have opted in. Opt-in is collected through (a) the activation web form at /activate, where you check a consent box before submitting; (b) verbal consent given during a sales or onboarding call that we document; or (c) numbers manually entered by you, the business owner, for your own staff and notifications.

Message types include: service setup confirmations, missed-call recovery replies to your callers, appointment reminders, and operational account notifications. Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@askdfm.com.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in information is not shared with any third party for any purpose other than message delivery (e.g., our telecom carrier).

Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service:

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and communication records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational requirements. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@askdfm.com.
