Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AskDFM ("AskDFM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
AskDFM provides an AI receptionist that answers calls, captures leads, and sends SMS follow-ups on your behalf. Service availability, scripts, and integrations may change over time as we improve the product.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You will keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful use of the service.
- No sending SMS to recipients who have not opted in or who have opted out.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing rate limits.
Billing and trials
Subscription fees are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Trials, if offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@askdfm.com. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not prorate the current cycle.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskDFM's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AskDFM is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
